About Thomas

Thomas has been active in sports and physical training for over 25 years. He ran 100 m sprint and 100 m relay as a teenager, pumped iron in his late teens, was a paratrooper in the German military, and has been practicing various types of strength and conditioning training.

His qualifications include CSNA – Certified Sports Nutrition Advisor, ACE PT – American Council on Exercise certified Personal Trainer, FIT – PT, CrossFit Level 1 and IKFF CKT 1.

Regular work-outs are a part of his life. He enjoys a variety of exercises such as bodyweight circuits, weight training, tube & band resistance training, Kettlebells, cardiovascular exercises such as running, swimming and Thai-boxing. He also stretches on a daily basis.

His daily meal plans (DMPs) consist of protein shakes with fresh fruits, lots of raw vegetables, little grains, lean protein-rich foods such as seafood, poultry, tofu, as well as nuts, seeds, fish oil and flaxseed oil.
