Now, what causes the increase of HDLs – the “good” cleaners of the arterial plaque caused by LDLs?

Increasing the HDLs will ensure that you have never again a problem with High Blood Cholesterol!

– Omega 3 Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs)

– aerobic training (Cardiovascular Training)

– being at or within your ideal weight

– stopping any or all of the mentioned causes of an increase of LPLs

– eating an abundance of fresh, raw and organic vegetables (my favorite)

– eating fresh fruits

– consuming fiber (as found in vegetables, fruits or whole grains)

– staying properly hydrated all day

Now, this is quite a lot to digest and a lot of people feel confused and perhaps at a loss as to know what to do.
